1, Main features

2, Main components
1. Aerosol generator
For the generation of NaCl or dehs standard particles, the main particle size range ≥ 0.3um, accounting for more than 70% of the total, can produce aerosol continuously and stably. Provide test particles upstream of the filter material.
2. Particle counter
It is used to monitor the upstream and downstream particle concentration of the tested filter material and get the efficiency of the tested filter material.
3. Differential pressure sensor
It is used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material under a certain test flow.
4. Aluminum alloy clamp
It is used for pressing and sealing the tested filter material.
5. Inlet fan
It is used to provide test flow of filter material and automatic control of flow.
6. Electrostatic neutralization device
The charge in the NaCl particles is removed to make the particle count measurement more accurate.
